日本機械学会 IIP （情報・知能・精密機器） 部門と米国機械学会 EPP (Electronic and Photonic Packaging) 部門が合同規格した国際会議 MIPE (Micromechatronics for Information and Precision Equipment) in InterPACK （日時：2025 年 10 月 28-30 日，場所：Hotel FERA Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, Anaheim, California）において，博士 2 年の小林 健洋君が MIPE ポスター賞を，鷲津教授が MIPE ベストプレゼンテーション賞を，それぞれ受賞しました．ありがとうございます！
授賞式が，日本機械学会 IIP 部門の国内会議 IIP2026 （日本機械学会 情報・知能・精密機器部門 講演会，日時：2026 年 3 月 2 日，場所：名城大学天白キャンパス）において行われました．
