Research Interests

Our laboratory conducts multi-level omics and large-scale data analyses of animal models of human diseases, particularly neuropsychiatric disorders, to advance research aimed at understanding disease mechanisms.
– Large-scale omics and bioinformatics analysis of brains in disease animal models
– Population genomics analysis to generate disease animal models
– Multi-level omics analysis and data analysis using humanized mouse and primate brain organoids
